The Northern Liberties community is currently disconnected from the waterfront and needs accessible public space that allows the community to internally interact with each other. Located on Pier 40 this project proposed a multi story modular housing apartment complex which reaches out over the pier creating a multi-level oasis for the community connecting it back to the waterfront and neighborhood fabric inviting people from the existing neighborhood onto the site. Featuring multiple gathering spaces, framed perspectives over the city and Delaware River and a abundance of unique programs
